Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Fit Mafia Apparel. We take pride in delivering quality apparel that reflects discipline, strength, and authenticity. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item must include all original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products (including print-on-demand designs)
- Underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel
If an item is returned damaged, worn, or with strong odors (such as perfume or deodorant), it will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items.
If your desired replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund instead.
To initiate an exchange, please email support@thefitmafiaapparel.com with your order number, item name, and exchange request.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund officially posts.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thefitmafiaapparel.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We’ll replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered production or shipping.
Once an item is printed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing period:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your payment provider for updates.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@thefitmafiaapparel.com.
7. Return Shipping Address
Please email support@thefitmafiaapparel.com before sending any return.
We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions depending on your order type (e.g., print-on-demand vs. in-house product).
Unapproved returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.
